unfriendly staff broken air conditioning
the location was acceptable, near several attractions.
the air CONDITIONING barely worked and i found the room TOO warm. the staff attitude was UNFRIENDLY, and they did not offer any assistance with my luggage. i had to carry it all UP the stairs myself.

central location perfection
central location metro lines modern room
the location is very central. it is walkable to many places. i liked the proximity to three metro lines from alonso martinez, offering easy access throughout the city. the room was modern and clean.
the air conditioning only heated the room. it was unseasonably warm so i felt overheated. i was on the first floor and had to keep the window closed due to street smoking.
